Wash mushrooms and carefully remove stems. Chop stems and place in a bowl
Add salsa to the bowl and mix together
Spoon mixture evenly into mushroom caps
Place stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking sheet
Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown
Sprinkle chopped parsley
