Stir Fried Chicken

Yields1 Serving

 2 Chicken breasts (Deboned and skinned)
 4 tbsp Olive oil
 1 White onion (Sliced)
 1 tsp Chopped garlic
 1 Red pepper (Sliced)
 1 Zucchini (Sliced)
 1 Carrot (Sliced)
 ½ lb White mushrooms (Sliced)
 1 Pack snow peas
 1 Head of broccoli (Chopped into florets)
 2 tbsp Soya sauce
 4 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce
 1 tsp Onion powder
 1 tsp Garlic powder

Wash and chop all vegetables

Heat a large saute pan over medium

Add oil to the pan

Once the pan is heated, add in the onion and saute for 2 minutes

Add in the garlic, and stir

Once fragrant, add in the carrots, and cook until tender

Add in the rest of the vegetables

While the vegetables are cooking, cube the chicken

Once the vegetables are cooked, remove and place in a bowl

In the same pan, cook the chicken

Add in the onion and garlic powder

Cook for 10 minutes and add in the soya sauce and sweet and sour sauce

Place the vegetables back in the pan and stir together

Cook for 8-10 minutes

Serve on a bed of rice
