Your Titanium Exclusive Cookware has been manufactured anticipating zero defects under normal household use. Scratches and marks caused by sharp 
and/or hard utensils DO NOT constitute a warranty claim. The maintenance instructions must be respected. Accumulation of food residues following an improper maintenance or dirty pan may affect the non-stick coating and will not constitute an exchange under warranty
Our warranty covers products that have been sold at regular retail price. If product has been discounted and a warranty issue arises, customer will be required to pay the difference between the discounted price and regular retail price. Glass lids are not covered under warranty. In the event replacement is required due to a defect, proof of purchase must be presented. We will repair or replace the item for a minimum charge as explained in the warranty table, plus shipping cost. If identical pans are not available at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute pans of equal or better value. Titanium Exclusive Cookware will not be responsible for any misrepresentation by Distributors/ Sales Representatives. Wear and tear around the rims of the cookware does not constitute a warranty claim. A replacement under the warranty does not constitute a new warranty. The warranty for replacement cookware will continue from the original date of purchase. Repair or replacement fee after 5 year no charge period in years 1/20 of regular price times number of years of use Proof of purchase MUST be submitted with all warranty claims If food is sticking to your pan, you will need to follow the cleaning instructions, as a sticky pan is not a warranty issue
