Cleaning Instructions
The best way to clean your cookware is to scrub it with a GREEN 3M Scotch Brite scouring pad, warm water, and normal dish detergent. This will prevent food from building up on the surface of your cookware. It is not recommended to clean your cookware in the dishwasher as many dishwasher detergents have a high acidity level and may impair the product surface. You do not need to season your pan. DO NOT use non-stick sprays/oils on non-stick cookware. This may result in an invisible build up that will impair the non-stick release system. Metal utensils will scratch the non-stick system. If an invisible build up happens to accumulate from non-stick sprays/oils or improper maintenance you can use a dry 3M Scotch Brite scouring pad (no soap, no water). This will remove the layer of residue on your pan and will bring your Titanium Exclusive Cookware back to its original condition. If these cleaning instructions are not properly followed after every use it may result in an improper maintenance of your cookware and may become very sticky. Improper maintenance will not constitute a warranty claim. Titanium is a very hard, durable metal, however it is not indestructible. Please use silicone utensils for cooking to avoid any scratches or markings.
When storing your titanium cookware, do not stack them on top of each other as it can scratch the cooking surface. A sticky pan is not a warranty issue; it is a cleaning issue. Please follow these instructions. GREEN 3M Scotch Brite scouring pads are available for sale with any order of our cookware If food is sticking to your pan, you will need to follow the cleaning instructions, as a sticky pan
is not a warranty issue.
